Terms for Using Westace

These terms explain the rules that apply when you create an account, use the casino or sportsbook, make payments, claim promotions or take part in other features available through Westace . Please read them before using the platform.

1. Scope and acceptance of these terms

By opening Westace, registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. The Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, individual game rules and the conditions attached to promotions also form part of your agreement with us.

Where a promotion has separate conditions, those conditions apply to that promotion. Game-specific rules apply to the relevant game or market.

If you do not accept these terms, do not register, deposit funds, place wagers or continue using the platform.

References to “Westace”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of the platform. “Player”, “you” and “your” refer to the person using the services.

The English version is the controlling version. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English wording takes precedence where two versions differ.

2. Eligibility and location requirements

You may use Westace only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal gambling age in the place where you live or are physically located.

You are responsible for confirming that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Availability of the website does not mean that its use is legal in every country or region.

Accounts, deposits and gambling activity are not permitted for people residing in or accessing the platform from the following excluded jurisdictions:

Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Belize, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United States, Côte d’Ivoire, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt.

The restricted-country list may be changed when required by law, licensing conditions, payment providers or game suppliers. Some individual games may have additional regional limits.

3. Registration and account control

Full use of the platform requires a personal account registered with accurate information belonging to the account holder.

Only one account is permitted per person, household, residential address, registered contact detail and IP address. An additional account may be treated as a duplicate even when different information has been used.

If a duplicate account is identified, Westace may:

  • close one or all connected accounts;
  • cancel transactions made through the duplicate account;
  • remove bonuses and promotional benefits;
  • void winnings obtained through the duplicate account;
  • reverse withdrawals connected to prohibited activity.

Login details must be kept private. Activity completed after the correct credentials have been entered may be treated as activity authorised by the account holder.

Accounts, balances, bets, winnings and related rights cannot be sold, purchased, gifted, pledged or transferred to another person. You must not access an account belonging to someone else.

Keep your registration details current. Account closure or self-exclusion can be requested through the support section of the website. A standard closure request may require the account to have no remaining balance or pending withdrawal.

Westace may decline a registration or close an account when this is necessary for security, compliance, risk management or enforcement of these terms.

4. Statements made by the player

By registering and using Westace, you confirm that:

  • you are acting for yourself and not for another person;
  • you are legally capable of accepting these terms;
  • the information supplied during registration is complete and correct;
  • you understand that gambling can result in financial loss;
  • you are not gambling while impaired by alcohol or other substances;
  • the money used on the platform comes from lawful sources;
  • you own every payment method connected to your account;
  • you will not cooperate with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
  • you have not created another account in breach of the one-account rule.

Westace may close an account, cancel activity or void winnings where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of these statements are false.

5. Identity and security checks

Westace may request documents or information needed to confirm your identity, age, address, payment ownership, account activity or source of funds.

Requested material may include:

  • a valid government-issued identity document;
  • recent proof of residential address;
  • proof that a card, wallet or bank account belongs to you;
  • payment statements or transaction records;
  • information explaining the origin of deposited funds;
  • facial, telephone or other additional security verification.

Documents should normally be supplied within 30 days of a request. A complete submission is usually reviewed within 10 days, although complex cases may require more time.

Deposits, withdrawals or account access may be restricted while a review is taking place. Failure to provide the requested information may result in account closure.

Approved identity, anti-fraud or credit-reference providers may assist with these checks in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

6. Balances, deposits and withdrawals

Payments may be processed by Westace, a payment-system operator or another authorised service provider. Available methods, limits and currencies are displayed in the cashier.

Where practical, a withdrawal will be returned through the same method used for the deposit. Another supported method may be used where the original route is unavailable or unsuitable.

A Westace balance is not a bank account. It does not earn interest and is not covered by ordinary bank-deposit insurance.

Refund requests

Deposits are normally final. A refund may be considered in an exceptional case, such as a confirmed technical or payment error. The request must be submitted through website support within 24 hours of the transaction.

A deposit cannot normally be refunded after it or an associated bonus has been used to place a wager. Identity and payment ownership may need to be verified before any reversal is processed. Bonuses and related winnings are removed before a refund amount is calculated.

Withdrawal conditions

  • A valid request must be submitted through the cashier.
  • Verification and other security checks must be complete.
  • At least CAD 30 must have been wagered during the same calendar month as the withdrawal request.
  • Deposited funds are subject to a minimum one-time rollover before withdrawal.
  • Where the deposit has not been wagered once, winnings may be cancelled and a payment cost may be deducted.
  • The standard deduction may be 10%, with a minimum of CAD 0.75, or 15% where a card or bank transfer was used.
  • No more than three withdrawal requests may remain pending at the same time.
Account level Daily limit Monthly limit
Leather CAD 750 CAD 7,500
Silver CAD 750 CAD 7,500
Gold CAD 1,500 CAD 15,000
Sapphire CAD 2,250 CAD 22,500
Ruby CAD 3,000 CAD 30,000

Account level is assessed using activity from the 90 days before the withdrawal request. An inactive player may be returned to the entry level.

A complete withdrawal request is normally reviewed within three business days or within three business days after the previous withdrawal was paid. Finance reviews are carried out from 06:00 to 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday.

Processing may be delayed while identity, source-of-funds, payment or account-activity checks are completed. Additional time taken by an external payment provider is outside Westace’s direct control.

Inactive accounts and balance corrections

An account that has not been accessed for 180 days may be marked inactive. A monthly administration charge of CAD 0.75 may then be deducted. If the remaining balance is below CAD 7.50, the balance may be removed in full. Charges stop when the balance reaches zero.

Incorrect credits or debits caused by technical, payment or human error may be corrected. Money credited by mistake remains the property of Westace and may be recovered from the account.

Transfers between player accounts are not permitted. Westace may use a positive balance to settle an amount properly owed by the account holder.

Players are responsible for taxes or reporting obligations connected with their gambling activity.

7. Promotional offers and bonus funds

Westace may provide bonus funds, free spins, free bets, loyalty points or other limited offers. Each promotion has its own eligibility, expiry, wagering and withdrawal conditions.

Promotion-specific conditions take priority where they differ from the general wording on this page.

Unless an offer states otherwise, it is limited to one per person, family, household, registered contact detail, device and IP address.

Promotional access is unavailable in excluded jurisdictions. Additional restrictions apply to residents of Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia.

Table and card games 0%
Video poker 10%
Plinko 10%
Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo Not available with bonus funds

Some named games contribute 50%, 10% or 0%. Certain titles cannot be opened while a bonus is active. The current list shown with the relevant promotion forms part of its conditions.

Standard bonus conditions

  • Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds.
  • Casino wagering must normally be completed within 10 days.
  • Sports wagering must normally be completed within 30 days.
  • A withdrawal requested before wagering is complete may remove the bonus and all winnings derived from it.
  • No-deposit casino bonuses normally require 40x wagering and have a maximum withdrawal of five times the bonus.
  • Deposit casino bonuses normally require 35x wagering on the combined deposit and bonus.
  • The usual maximum withdrawal from a deposit bonus is ten times the original bonus amount.
  • No-deposit free-spin winnings are normally capped at CAD 120 and require 40x wagering.
  • Before wagering is complete, an individual wager must not exceed CAD 150.

Promotion misuse

Bonuses are intended for ordinary recreational play. Prohibited conduct includes low-risk roulette coverage, hedge betting, two-tier betting, moving from high-risk to low-risk play after a large win, delaying game rounds or features, exploiting software errors and using any method designed mainly to release a bonus without genuine play.

Where promotion abuse is identified, Westace may remove bonuses and winnings, cancel withdrawals and restrict access to future offers.

8. Confirming games and wagers

Check the event, market, selection, stake and odds before confirming a wager. A confirmed wager cannot normally be changed or cancelled by the player.

Westace may decline a wager or cancel an accepted wager where a pricing error, technical fault, late bet, compliance concern or other valid reason is identified.

Casino outcomes are generated and recorded by the relevant game server. If the result shown on a device differs from the server record, the verified server result applies.

Platform records may be used to establish the time, amount, conditions and outcome of a game or wager.

Gambling involves financial risk. No result or return is guaranteed.

9. Conduct that is not permitted

Westace is provided for personal entertainment. The following activity is prohibited:

  • using an account for a business or on behalf of someone else;
  • using funds or payment methods belonging to another person;
  • fraud, chargeback misuse or false payment disputes;
  • money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity;
  • collusion, coordinated play or sharing information to gain an advantage;
  • hedging, zero-margin or other artificial low-risk betting patterns;
  • exploiting a software error, delayed round or incorrect price;
  • using bots, scripts, automated tools or outcome-manipulation software;
  • harassing players, support staff or other representatives;
  • attacking, disrupting or attempting unauthorised access to the platform;
  • copying, decompiling or reverse engineering platform software;
  • selling, purchasing or transferring an account.

Westace may review game and betting activity to check compliance. Where prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, the platform may suspend access and payments while the matter is investigated.

Following a review, Westace may:

  • close connected accounts;
  • cancel bets, bonuses or pending withdrawals;
  • remove winnings obtained through prohibited conduct;
  • recover money owed to the operator;
  • restrict future registration or promotional participation;
  • report suspected unlawful activity to relevant organisations.
10. Service risk and limits of responsibility

You decide whether to use the platform and remain responsible for your gambling activity, device, internet connection, login security and compliance with local law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Westace and its suppliers are not responsible for loss arising from:

  • incorrect information entered by the player;
  • fraudulent, misleading or prohibited activity;
  • a declined deposit, registration or wager;
  • an account suspension or closure permitted by these terms;
  • payment delays caused by verification or external providers;
  • unauthorised use after valid login details were entered;
  • loss of access, network interruption or device failure;
  • malware, software incompatibility or data-transmission errors;
  • communications that were delayed or not received;
  • government action, natural events or other circumstances outside reasonable control;
  • use of the service where online gambling is unlawful;
  • website errors, omissions or temporary technical faults;
  • a direct or indirect breach of these terms by the player.

Nothing in this section removes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under the law applying to the account.

11. Changes to the platform and terms

Westace may update these terms, platform features, payment rules, promotional conditions or service availability when operational, legal or regulatory requirements change.

A revised version applies from the date shown at the top of the page. Players should check the current wording before using the service.

Continued use after an update means that the revised terms have been accepted. A player who does not accept an update must stop using the platform.

12. Electronic messages and account notices

Account-related notices may be displayed on the website, inside the player profile or sent through the registered contact channel.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and for checking account notifications.

Electronic correspondence is treated as written communication. A notice may be considered received within five business days after it is sent or made available through the account.

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the support section available on the Westace website.

13. Complaints and dispute handling

A complaint should first be submitted to customer support through the official website. Support may refer the matter to another department when it cannot be resolved immediately.

A dispute is a complaint concerning a gambling transaction or result that was not resolved during the initial support stage.

A formal complaint should include:

  • the account username;
  • the full name registered on the account;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • the relevant transaction, wager or game information;
  • the dates and approximate times involved;
  • supporting screenshots or documents where available.

Westace aims to provide an outcome within 10 days after receiving enough information to investigate. More time may be required for an unusually complex matter.

Where the internal procedure does not resolve the dispute, the player may consider an external dispute-resolution option available under the applicable rules.

The player’s contractual relationship for services available on the website is with the platform operator rather than an individual game studio, odds supplier or payment provider.

14. Governing rules and jurisdiction

A legal claim or dispute arising from these terms or the use of Westace will be considered under the law applicable to the operator, the account and the circumstances of the case.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer right that applies and cannot legally be waived.

15. Game-provider location limits

A game may be unavailable even where the main Westace platform can be accessed. Suppliers apply their own territorial rules, which may change without affecting the availability of other games.

NetEnt content is unavailable in several territories, including Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Australia, the Bahamas, Belgium, Botswana, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Ethiopia, France, Georgia, Ghana, Guyana, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Namibia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, the Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the United States, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

Individual branded titles may have wider restrictions. These include Planet of the Apes, Vikings, Narcos, Street Fighter and games based on Universal Monsters.

The game lobby may automatically hide content that is unavailable in the player’s location. Attempting to bypass a location restriction is prohibited.

16. General sportsbook settlement rules

The minimum sportsbook stake is EUR 1 or its displayed currency equivalent. Maximum stakes differ by event, market, jurisdiction and account and are shown before confirmation.

Westace may accept, limit, reject or offer a different price or stake for a requested bet. A bet may be voided if it was accepted after the result was known, after a material advantage arose, without sufficient funds or as part of fraudulent or integrity-related activity.

Available bet structures

  • Single: one selection, with the return based on the stake and accepted odds.
  • Parlay: two or more selections, all of which must win unless another settlement rule applies.
  • System: combinations formed from at least three selections, with returns based on successful combinations.

A confirmed sportsbook bet cannot ordinarily be edited or cancelled. Cash Out is available only where the option is shown and remains subject to its displayed value.

Selections that directly affect one another cannot normally be combined unless a Bet Builder or similar market specifically allows it.

All settlement calculations use decimal odds, regardless of the display format selected by the player.

Cancelled, postponed or changed events

  • A cancelled event is normally void.
  • An event postponed by more than 12 hours is normally void, except where a sport-specific rule states otherwise.
  • A change of opponent, venue or scheduled event length may void bets.
  • A surface change does not normally void a bet.
  • Bets already unconditionally decided before abandonment may remain settled.

Minimum completed playing time

Sport Minimum playing time
Soccer 60 minutes
NBA basketball 40 minutes
FIBA or WNBA basketball 35 minutes
NHL hockey 54 minutes
Other hockey 50 minutes
American football 50 minutes
Handball 50 minutes
Baseball winner market 5 innings
Baseball totals and handicaps Usually 9 innings

Dead heats

Where more competitors share a winning position than the market anticipated, the winning portion of the stake is divided by the number of tied competitors. The adjusted portion is then settled at the original odds.

Markets are settled using the official competition result. An independent source or internal event data may be used where an official result is unavailable or clearly incorrect.

An early settlement may be corrected if the official result changes shortly afterwards, a market is declared void or a technical or human error is identified.

17. Settlement rules by sport

The following summaries apply unless a market description or event-specific rule states otherwise.

Soccer

Standard markets cover 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shootouts count only when the market expressly includes them. Corners count when taken, and cards shown after full time do not count.

Basketball

Overtime is included unless a market is specifically based on regulation time or offers a draw. Player markets require the named player to record court time.

Baseball

Extra innings are normally included. Totals and run-line markets usually require nine innings, or eight and a half where the home team is ahead. Listed pitchers are normally informational only.

American football

Match-winner, spread and full-game total markets normally include overtime. Half-time/full-time and period markets are settled only on the named period.

Bandy

At least 80 minutes must normally be played. Standard markets use the regulation-time score and exclude overtime unless stated otherwise.

Ice hockey

A final-winner market may include overtime and shootouts. Regulation handicaps, totals, correct scores and most statistics use the first 60 minutes unless indicated otherwise.

Tennis

A change to the scheduled match format may void affected markets. If a player retires, unresolved match-winner and statistical markets are normally void, while outcomes already decided may stand.

Formula 1

Settlement follows the official FIA classification available around the podium ceremony. Later penalties are normally disregarded. A classified driver is treated as a finisher.

Handball

Standard markets cover regulation time. If a game is abandoned, unresolved bets are void while markets already determined may remain valid.

Poker and selected racing disciplines

Head-to-head selections require both named participants to start. Settlement is based on finishing position, stage reached or the applicable official standings.

Athletics

The official results list determines settlement. In head-to-head markets, the participant finishing higher or progressing further is the winner.

Australian rules football

Official AFL results apply. A tie is refunded unless the draw was offered. Quarter and half markets are settled only on the stated period.

Badminton

One full game must normally be completed. If a player retires, handicap and total markets are void unless their outcomes were already certain.

Beach soccer

Markets normally cover regulation time under the relevant governing rules. Later disciplinary or administrative changes do not alter settlement.

Beach volleyball

Outright bets generally stand for listed participants, including where a participant later withdraws from the tournament.

Boxing and martial arts

Settlement uses the verified ringside result. A no contest normally voids all bets. KO/TKO, decision, draw and round markets are settled according to their stated definitions.

Cricket

Official competition rules and scorecards apply. A named over, innings or player market must reach the point needed for settlement. Player-of-the-match bets use the official award.

Cycling

Head-to-head participants must start. UCI or other official federation results apply. An abandoned tour normally requires at least five completed stages and an official result.

Curling

Match markets use the final score, including extra ends. An incomplete match normally voids unresolved winner, handicap and total markets.

Darts

If a started match is not completed, the player officially advanced may be treated as the winner. Leg, set, handicap and total markets may be void unless already determined.

Field hockey

Official results and standings apply. A venue change may void match bets. Tournament markets include playoffs where relevant.

Futsal

Standard markets are settled on regulation time under the relevant governing rules. Bets placed after an unexpectedly early start may be void.

Floorball

At least 55 minutes must normally be completed. Regulation-time settlement excludes overtime unless the market states otherwise.

Golf

Both named golfers must tee off for head-to-head bets. Shortened events may be settled where an official result is declared and the required number of holes has been completed.

Rugby union and rugby league

Standard markets cover 80 minutes plus stoppage time. Rugby sevens uses normal scheduled time. A change of opponent or venue may void bets.

Snooker and pool

A player officially progressing may be settled as the match winner. Handicap, frame-total and correct-score markets generally require the scheduled frames to be completed.

Swimming

Settlement uses the official result at the end of the race. Later changes or disqualifications do not normally alter settled bets.

Table tennis

A change of named participant voids affected bets. An incomplete match normally voids unresolved markets unless their outcomes are already certain.

Volleyball

An abandoned match normally voids unresolved bets. A Golden Set does not count unless the market specifically refers to it.

Water polo

Standard markets use regulation time. An abandoned match normally voids unresolved bets.

Esports

Official tournament broadcasts and in-game results are used. A match not resumed within 24 hours is normally void. Roster or team-name changes do not automatically void bets where the same team continues.
